
Production control with wayMES
The service providers are given the stipulations from the planning and the service is also recorded in wayMES using the wayMES communication module. wayMES is an easy and intuitive instrument for efficient communication between the planning department and internal (production, engineering, quality assurance, etc.) and external (extended workbench, suppliers, etc.) service providers.
Thanks to the close integration with the wayRTS (real time simulation) APS software, wayMES enables you to control and synchronise all of the employees who do not have external interfaces to match the current planning along the supply chain. You therefore achieve an integrated, problem-free and thoroughly synchronised workflow. All of the value-added steps are managed based on the work packages that are feasible in terms of the deadlines and capacities calculated using wayRTS. wayMES delivers all of the key data collection functions: Employee-related actual time capture as well as sub-quantities, waste and reworking messages. The services notified in wayMES are immediately visible in wayRTS and enable a quick response to unplanned delays.
